I mostly like the content from these websites. The designs are pretty simple and minimal and I like that because I'm a simple person. I wouldn't change one thing about the websites. Their designs are pretty consistent with the things on the website trends.

How to Make a Friend

Diana and Sarah S helped on my video.

We shot all the bits in the same area. Sarah recorded me walking and then we did all the dialogue parts. Edited it and then uploaded to Vimeo.

We didn't hit any snags during filming. It went pretty smooth. The editing was pretty simple too, but I didn't have a enough time to perfect it as much as I wanted to. I did just realize I didn't add any background music either, but it's too late to go back now.

Animated or Video

I believe that the animation video was much more effective because it was more kid friendly and it caught my eye. The TED Talk video was really long and not as exciting as the animation video. The animated video was easier to get into and even though it was different it still gave the same information as the TED Talk.

Class Expectations

In this class, I hope to learn more general knowledge about web design and photoshop and things of that nature. I expect that I'll learn a lot of stuff that I didn't previously know when it comes to the internet. It'll also be nice to learn how to use different platforms to reach people.
